According to the Workshop manual: if I'm reading it right !

You will generally hear my wife coming with excessive noise from the stereo. The Range Rover has a great stereo in it but with two speakers open cct it is not as good as it should be. Does anyone know where speaker 1 and 2 are located? There is only 14 to choose from. replacement options?

Thanks Laurie
That would appear to make sense but the reality is it is one in the drivers door and one in the back I am told. I did see the manual but the numbers don't line up to what the OBCD is telling me.

Did the 2008 model have a standard and a premium sound system option ? that would add to the confusion
Laurie
Just put on some loud music with a big bass content and put your hand over the speakers one by one . You will identify the dud ones by the lack of vibration.
seeing it is stated to be both in one door , I would be looking at maybe an unconnected connector.

The error as reported says open circuit which usually denotes a wire not connected.
Maybe someone has been into the doors and not fully attached a terminal on a speaker or two.
When speakers fail it is usually the magnet has been separated form the cone and the wires are still attached and giving resistance.
