I had same sensation with my td6 a while back, but unlike yours my transfer oil change solved the issue. I couldn't find oil other than genuine. What brand did you use ?
Does anyone else get this? It feels like the rear diff is binding on really tight turns - can feel the vibration from the rear through the car (left or right turns) - it MAY be the tailshaft vibrating under these conditions as I am starting to get classic tailshaft rubber-bearing-worn feelings...
I've removed the transfer case oil being the issue as I drained some quite dark liquid out of it today and put brand new ($13L + postage on ebay!) fluid into it and, if anything, it's worse now.
I have diff oil to change too (haven't done it yet), but I highly doubt it's the diff itself, unless it's somehow full of water instead of oil... (I haven't checked).
I also have a new bearing/rubber but I haven't got to that yet... I don't see me doing it until it gets a bit worse as it's more occasionally annoying than a real problem yet (famous last words)
It's a 2003 M62!

LAND ROVER GENUINE PART- OIL FLUID TRANSMISSION -Range Rover (L322)- STC4861 | eBay
This guy has the genuine Castrol oil... Did cost $13 postage, but hey, for $26 it's very cheap for a litre! Sealed container from 2016.
