Yes I completely agree - it is risk management and you do what you want - BUT you have to know the facts before you can make the decisions. With this bar some have previously indicated it was compliant and as a result some have expressed interest where now we learn it is not compliant.

How quickly the NAY SAYERS jump on the band wagon. I didn't say it was NOT compliant, but that doesn't stop some from twisting words around.
