TRW owns the Lucas brand so they are probably the nearest to OEM for a D2 anyway.

I know you own an L322.
The assumption is that LR uses the same supplier at a similar time .
    D2 calipers are Lucas branded.

I do not know whether L322 are branded Lucas , but hey otherwise why are you asking about TRW if not because TRW pads are like OEM?

Its not the general brand that "enthusiasts" look towards.?

I was merely saying that TRW for a D2 are closest to stock , so it is likely that is the same for L322.

Speaking of brakes and Automotive Superstore, they sent me rear rotors that dont have the correct clearance to fit over my handbrake shoes. Just found out when changing them out, the ID of the bore is incorrect and wont fit new shoes.

Raised it with them and they basically told me to go away (i did in fact have support confirm the correct fitment as they upgraded me to the slotted variety at my request post order).

    Steer clear.

    Hi Reuben,

Thank you for getting in contact with our team. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to you provide you with a refund for this.

It is stated in our returns policy that there is a 30-day window for return requests, and that the products must be returned in brand new condition. Your product has now been fitted and used for an extended period.

You did not request a parts checker to confirm correct fitment for your vehicle prior to placing your order. Or contact us regarding the incorrect fitment within the 30-day window. Hence, we cannot assist you further with this issue.

Hope you have a great weekend.

I can second that. I have TRW pads on the front of my 110 and cleaning the rims is a weekly job.

P.S. I am sorry to hear of your progressing illness Mario.
