    AlertMe I am the only one with this fault code I expose!

    Hi all,

    my 2010 SDV6 3.0 is coming up with:

    P00BD Mass or volume Air Flow A Circuit Range/Perfomance too high
    P2261 Turbocharger Bypass Valve - Mechanical

    It does idle a bit ****ty and turbo flutters around when doing half throttle. It feels like the bypass valve gets stuck or so.

    The fault codes only comes up when going real easy up to 110kmh and cruise around. And then comes up maybe once a week with restricted performance and those codes.

    I was looking to purchase a bypass valve online and couldnt find much... i am thinking about getting a disco 4 bypass valve and hope if anyone knows if thats the same one.

    I think you should have posted this in the L320 Section
    As far as the first code goes, I would be looking at a split or holed intercooler hose or more likely a crack in a intake manifold; my daughter had this on her TdV6 D4 and it was a cracked manifold, it's a common enough problem on the TdV6 and the TdV8's. I had to replace a cracked manifold on my 2010 L322, bloody cheap plastic, give me metal any day ! Smoke test is probably the best method for detection.
