    Fuel return line question

I have removed oil cooler and EGR to fix oil leak and give EGR a clean whilst I’m there, I had to move the r/h fuel rail out of the way and as I lifted EGR out I caught the fuel return line and broke the plastic fitting, new line is LR022584 will find out price and availability on Monday, question is can I use a fuel injection hose with a couple of clamps instead. 2nd photo it has to go between two circled points

    Fuel return line question

You’re not the first as they get brittle. You need extra care

If you know an independent that has a wrecked engine try and find one that way or they can be found individually on eBay
