    l322 td6 oil filter,where is it

    Hi All
    Just trying to change oil and filter on 2002 td6 but cant find filter.
    It says in the handbook that its at the front of the engine.
    But looking under the bonnet it looks different to the handbook.
    Any suggestons?

    looking at the engine from the front,, its to the right just beside the fuel cooler there,, just under the enine cover(no u dont need to take off the cover) its a 37mm soket i think,, if i remember rite

    It's hard to see because it is tiny!!!.The smallest oil filter this side of a lawn mower. Pat

    l322 oil filter

    Thanks everyone who answered,yes it is very small,and needs a special 36 mm six point shallow socket,anyone any ideas who sells them.

    Anyone know where to purchase it from.

    Hey Brummy,

    I have gone through the same process in the last week.

    The oil filter is a 35mm socket and no, I've not found one either yet! however, it didn't prevent me performing an oil and filter change at home.
