    l322 TD6 air filter replacement.

    Hello again.
    This cars filter exchange are far from simple and totally different to the hand book.Or is it me..........
    How do you change the air filter ?
    The new one is gigantic,can anyone tell me where its located looking from the front of the car into the engine bay.

    It is on the drivers side of the engine, running fore and aft over almost the entire length of the engine.

    You will have to undo a few allen headed bolts for access.

    If you have done any sand / dirt driving the filter housing will be chockers.

    I would never have found it,what a stupid place to put an air filter.
    Anyway its in now,just looking for some new knuckles and fingernails on ebay...........
