    no suspention

    Hello again,
I put the rangy into Trivitt at Mascot for an estimate of repairs as this was close to my work at the airport.
2, 3, 4 days went by. No email, phone or text. Went away on a work trip, came home still nothing.

By this time 11 days had passed. I had emailed 3 times, phoned..nothing. I finally got through to the service manager who said he had no record of who the owner was of my car and no repairs had been done.

Now I am about to go down with an axe and kill this person. I told him I would come and take the car to Graham Cooper 'round the corner. To cut a long story short, I had the car repaired on the house, and when I saw the work sheet it was two pages long.

New compressor, seals, pipes ect. Water had got into the boot and when I jacked the car up it flooded the compressor which is located under the spare wheel.

It runs like a dream now.
So thats the sad story, with a happy ending.
    Paul

ALL THE FLASHING SUSPENTION LIGHTS HAVE GONE OFF BUT THE FRONT IS AT NORMAL HEIGHT.
I CALLED THE GUY AT PRESTIGE AND HE SAID ONCE THE COMPUTER READS THE FAULTS IT DOES ITS OWN THING TO CORRECT THE FAULT AND THATS WHY THE BACKS GONE DOWN,...TRYING TO LEVEL THE CAR.
HOW COULD JACKING UP A CAR CAUSE THIS MUCH GRIEF.......
    ITS IN ON MONDAY.
NOT SURE IF I AM TELEPATHIC, BUT I CAN SEE AN IMAGE OF AN EMPTY WALLET IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS...................

Not sure where you purchased your L322 - however I've now visited Alto Land Rover in Artarmon (closest dealer to me - 250kms from home) twice during my trips to the big smoke and on each occasion they reset the EAS inactive for free and even included a full diagnosis printout - my solenoid exhaust valve if leaking - this is a typical problem in EAS systems with RRC and P38s when a tiny bit of rubber from a bellow lodges itself on the valve surface and leaks.

Next time I have a few spare minutes, I pull apart the solenoid valve and clean it and then get the ECU code messages reset.

It might well be time for me to pull out my box of RovaCom lite gear and get it fired up to work on the L322!
