Yep, for sure... that is a great mix . A luxury 500bhp 4WD, copious amounts of alcohol and one or more shotguns. What are these people thinking?

Overfinch do awesome finishing and power upgrades no doubt... H&H make stuff to kill things... what idiot decided to add the free grog?

Freaking irresponsible marketing aimed at flambuoyant East-Euro drug barons and terrorist seeds IMHO. It's gotta be a ploy to fish for HumInt targets who are stupid enough to show their hand, or just stupidly rich targets.

I sincerley hope this is not condoned by LR or it's latest owners...

And yet somehow there is something about it that makes me want it anyway...

A mate who is a gun collector and restorer has a Holland and Holland .375 Magnum bolt action rifle. He claims it to be worth an indecent amount of money. He also has a boxed pair of Purdy hammer guns dated 1894. He paid $60,000 for these long time ago.

Well I like it. There's nothing saying you have to drink and shoot and drive, Paul. Lighten up.

Brian your mate is right - Holland and Holland make top quality firearms that cost HEAPS> You'd have no trouble at all (I'll reword that.. an oil rich Saudi Sheik) would have no trouble at all buying a Holland and Holland finest gun for MUCH MORE MONEY than that Range Rover is worth.

Jokes aside, I do like the finish with all that walnut and leather.

As for guns, H&H and Purdy are both very nice. A friend who used to have a dairy farm in northen Vic used to have one of each, both had belonged to his grandfather and were magnificent examples of craftsmenship.

True, obviously I've been reading too much Ludlum lately

I didn't say I didn't like it - it just seems absurd in these politically correct times. Any combination of a) high powered vehicle, b) alcohol, and c) guns is a recipe for an accident that we are warned about by those who "know what is good for us"

If it is aimed at rich Saudis, what's the point of the alcohol?

I'll have the black one please... the gun locker looks to be a good place to stow 4WD recovery equipment.

    Cheers, Paul.
