Thread: D5 loadspace – which option occupies this potential 2nd battery spot?

Here's a pic of a D5's boot which matches the ones I looked at the other day:

See on the left there's a big recessed section? I wonder if that space could be used for a second battery with some panel or box to keep it tidy and safe.

And then there's this pic:


The space is all closed up. What option causes that? My best guess is the 4th zone climate control but does anybody have different ideas or confirmation?

Looks like rear air con, same as D4.
Mine doesn't have rear air and I have that space, and where I have seen the D4's with rear air it looks similar as the last pic.
