Coolant pipe connection fail warning to other D5 owners

I was thrilled initially with the recent arrival of my new D5 HSE. That changed very quickly after 50km when a rubber coolant pipe blew off 1 of the 4 metal pipe connectors on a metal box at rear of engine bay(? purpose of that metal box - 4 pipes connected to it) on RHS when looking at it with bonnet open.
1st noticed when low coolant warning unexpectantly came on. Opened up bonnet- empty coolant reservoir and orange coloured ELC sprayed all thru RHS engine bay. Restarted the car briefly and noticed coolant spraying from the join. I pushed the connector back on and resecured the lock pin - ? it wasn't secure in the 1st place - no further leak. Flat top tray back to the dealer for damage assessment! N.H.J. .!!!! .!!!!
