Can't decide on wheel/tyre size?

I've had both.

The Terra Grapplers on a D4

Ridge Grapplers on a D5

Go the Ridge Grapplers

Be careful though once you have them on you wont be bothered taking them off.

They will toughen that RRS up & you wont have to worry about your 22" rims anymore.

I am swaying towards the Ridge Grapplers.

I know i won't be bothered changing them, but If i want my marriage to survive i'll need to ensure the 22" wheels go back on. She doesn't like the off-road look of the tyres on the RRS.

Just to weigh at the end of these posts. A few years ago I accompanied a friend in his 2014 RRS with 275/55/20 ATRs on a Simpson Desert/Hay River track trip. The tyres survived fine and airing down for the sand was not a problem. The car itself did the trip easier than my D4 and the 79 Cruiser. It was the most powerful, most comfortable and most efficient on the trip. Space in the car was a problem though but we got around that by having a frame made up that bolted into the tie down eyes and carried the fridge, water and fuel.
There are much better tyres now than the Pirellis.

Also going down this path - Ridge Grappler for off road only. 22’s for day to day [emoji4]

They were off a 2016 L494.

Has anybody experienced 265/60 R20 tires ? Any rubbing ?
I am privilege side wall height over tire width.

Just fitted Falken wildpeak at - 275 55 20” on my 2017 RRS (have my 21” for city and 20” for travel)

they a lot more quiet than I thought very happy with them.

they are very tight fit when lowered one finger in some areas. I would suggest 265 60 20” would not fit as they are bigger dia.
