How are your front seats in the LC200? My mate had to buy a set of Recaro's for his 2020 LC200 as the Toyo seats were doing his back in on the long trips (Hobart to Zeehan) every week.
He reluctantly conceded that my D4 seats are far superior in comfort than the LC seats.
Most probably also has something to do with the fact that the D4 doesn't ride like an old horse cart compared to the LC200, not to mention the far superior handling and balance on the twisty roads in Tas.
Not surprised the D4 CC would be ahead of a 100 which would be old tech, and years older?

The seats in the 200 we find are way more comfortable than the D4.Different models may have different seats,i dont know.
The D4 seats were much harder and had sort of bumps in the wrong places, but everybody is different. After about 4 hrs,i generally got an aching arse, but thats probably just me.
Due to a family emergency,we recently did 1280Km,four short stops, overnight run,no issues at all,LED lights way better than D4 Xion.
On one tank of fuel, the big tank is great, and very handy.

The D4 did handle better,IS on all corners with EAS will always be very good, probably the best around in its class, but has its downfalls.
As we expected the 200 doesnt handle as well, but its still not bad, then again, it isnt a race car.
The actual ride is pretty good.

The main thing we have noticed,is after 12 months, not a single issue, where every LR we have ever bought new,and thats 5 of them, have had numerous issues in the first 12 months of ownership. And some continual issues through the warranty period. The D4 was better, but still had issues early on and quite a few niggling issues after the warranty period expired.

The only reason we changed brands was LR had nothing that we liked or suited us,if the new Deefender 130 wagon was around we may have gone that way,but its still a long way off, and no doubt a lot more expensive than what we paid. The load space in the 110 is too small for us,way smaller than D4.For what we need, there are not many boxes,if any, that the vehicle we now have doesn't tick.

Edit, one thing i do hate about the LC is the whine from the Transfer Case in Low Range. It gets bloody annoying, after a while, maybe i am easily annoyed
Apparently its due to straight cut gears, dont see many complaints about the issue, so maybe its just me

I would also cancel order if they cant supply cruise control.

It will cost you significantly when time comes to sell it.
    Cheers

    Hi All,

Finally LR was able to re-instate the cruise control in the factory order. however 360 camera wont be available. Just wanted to update you all. Thanks all for your comments. My build will commence in Jan for delivery April, fingers crossed. Good 11 months of turnaround since placing the order back in May 2021.
