Just by way of update.

New key fob reprogrammed.

I don’t know how much it cost BMW to purchase the fob but they just about had a heart attack when they saw the bill for $1260 for the reprogramme. Most of this cost being the single-use programme module.

Anyway, all sorted and covered by BMW.

So you were pretty close to the money Peter. Folks .... don't lose your fob [bigsad][bigrolf]
