I was told the 2 door is being released 1st and 4 door later.

I like the FL2 also, its my wifes ride though and she is more into what looks the goods than whats under the bonnet, hence the poverty pack 2 wheel drive.
Its basically going to be a town car for kid and dog and odd trip to shack but no towing or anything.
It will be so full of electrics I was told the hood will probably never be opened by me as it be all plastic and wires under there.

I did like the original concept vehicle very much, so much so the better half and myself were seriously considering one. But seeing what they release in Paris, I’m a little disappointed. The exterior changes I can live with, but the interior on the production model is bland. Too far from the concept for liking. I (we) will go down and check them out once they hit the show room floor. But for right now my money stays in my pocket. My opinion only. Wish Land Rover all the very best with this vehicle, I hope it sells well for them.

Big Guy, any idea if they will be displaying one at the Sydney Motor Show in a couple of weeks?

I am not sure but if or when I get an email from them I cc you in and if they have one, and I get a invite you can have it since I am near the pointy end of a big project I am doing and can not get away.

In November I will pay a deposit to confirm my order and make sure I get kept in the loop and I really want one of 1st ones here.

Not sure why exactly since wifey be driving it but just the thrill of something completely new I guess.

I like the look of them. I thought they originally were going to be only 2wd but from the Paris show says they will be AWD. I read somewhere they were looking at $70k for them.

I read somewhere that they would be offered in FWD and AWD.

I am hoping its not $70k as that would not be under the luxury car threshhold.
In which case, I am defu=inately not getting one.
Exchange rate has some play in that too.
    I shall wait and see.
