    Perhaps it's a pre -production model and the old art of dazzle painting has been used to disguise its lines. Note also that headlight shape has been altered with black tape to disguise shape (or if Lucas electrics, to hold in).
    Dazzle painting was widely used on warships in WW1 and WW2 to disguise their outlines.
