I'm based in Melbourne and am currently looking at extended warranty for my MY14 Evoque TD4 5 door vehicle.

Does the LR extended warranties vary from dealership to dealership?. Would i need to shop around? and does anyone have any idea what the going 'rate' would be for a 1 or 2 year warranty with Landrover.

I've had a look at redbook's extended warranty and the cost is around $1070 inc gst for one year and $1530 inc gst for 2 years. This is their comprehensive cover which covers claims up to the marketvalue of the vehicle, one thing i noticed is this does not cover roadside assistance.

Any guidance and feedback would be greatly appreciated!!
