Hope this works

On my 2017 model, press the two cogs symbol on the RH bottom of the touch screen.

Select System on the list and there is the time and date settings waiting to be changed.

I couldn't find it in the manual either but now I've found it under Touch Screen in the manual. No use searching for clock or settings etc in the index!! You have to know that you want Touch Screen and then the manual explains it all.
