    Land Rover 1. Toyota 0.

On the Princes Freeway to Melbourne on Tuesday morning the traffic slowed suddenly so I had to brake quickly. As I was slowing down I thought 'I hope the bloke behind me stops in time'! Kathump! 'Ah crap!' Not happy. Pulled over and got out to get details etc. Checked out the damage:

Note the crease on the nudge bar. It seems that is where it hit the tow hitch on the Disco sport. Good shot. Prevented lots of more serious damage on the Disco.

It's all a pain and a hassle, but the insurance companies are taking care of it.

Ah well, if this is the worst problem I ever have I'll be right!

You had better watch out when you pick us up at the airport Willem. My son might hijack the bright orange car and leave you with the V8 D3. He loves that colour too. I must admit it has grown on me and it suits the DS I reckon.

Ouch, that's going to be expensive - lucky you won't be paying for it as the guy behind is always at fault!

I scraped a low wall turning into a driveway this week and made a little dent in the bottom of the door...

Guess how much that's going to cost to repair - $1,750
