Anyone had the P049B “Exhaust Gas Recirculation "B" Flow Insufficient” fault code?

Was preparing to head back from the coast today and noticed the amber engine light.

Land Rover Assist have organised for a towie to take it to the nearest LR dealer but if it not a significant issue I’d rather drive it to my local dealer ~150km.
