Actually I would not be surprised if there is no ute version. Since they can’t sell it in the US it would be a hard sell.
Why couldn't they sell it in the USA? Isn't it being designed to comply with US standards?

May be not a big seller there. They never got diesels i don't think. But because its not a big seller in the U.S. means it shouldn't go ahead

The chicken tax. All pickups have a 25% duty so they can’t be sold at a reasonable cost. All pickups sold in the US are built in plants within North America to avoid the duty.
