Probably optional.

Definitely Optional
And likely only available on top spec models?
If you peruse and options package for other JLR models they won’t be cheap options either!!!
$110k including onroad costs is my prediction for a 110 wagon with air suspension lockers and 18” rims
Of course the better work spec (vinyl flooring etc) will be cheaper but no air and no lockers available....
Ah well if it’s as good as blackrangie says in a 18 months after it depreciates like a RangeRover it might be worth looking at!

Just my estimates rangie
From playing on the LR build websites
FFS they wanted $1400 for a USB port on an Evoque ?
My gut feeling is the SVX or whatever will be the best off-roader ever
But lower spec modes will not have options like lockers available
I meant air springs not AC
The jump from “hose out” on coils to air spring will be more than $5k
“Hose out” will be 75-80 onroad minimum
Everything plusplusplus from there.
Yeah agreed
It should come in under the Merc
Obviously they will be stupidly cheap in the USA
Good ol Strayla

I don't think so,only after market.
E locker was available for D3/4,and some RRS,and possibly RR,but rear only.
It was actually a very low cost option, around $1000,surprisingly.
The new Deefer may have E lockers, who knows?
Looking at the way JLR have priced the D5,and then had ridiculous prices for different options and 'packs',it doesn't look good for new Defender.
Yes I think the value proposition that the Land Rover Disco and Defender brand isn't what it was. I hope I am wrong.
I suppose that for those that want ultimate traction ARB, TJM etc will probably do lockers.
Cheers
The point was above they guys that saw them on the trails say they have lockers.
Also looks that way on the vids
D5 has(inexpensive) rear locker option
Imo new Defender should have front and rear lockers.
Will have rear without a doubt.
Either way whatever combo pilots are using in moab seem to work just fine.
