Bloody hell, please drop the passive/agressive bull****.
Its all the way through this thread....

I'm not sure the level of testing is at or beyond other models like the Discovery 2 where LR put in huge miles around the world in non-disguised versions as well as mules.
I might be in the market in the next year or 2 but given LR's history I would like to see a year at least of production tinkering and also to see if the motors are problematic before committing. I would honestly rather keep my D2 than drive a very expensive problem. Bearing in mind this is not an evolution like D2 was, but rather a whole new vehicle. I'm optimistic however mainly because I reckon LR must know how much rides (no pun intended) on this model.
Cheers

anyone says it moving forward they will be reported,
To whom, the Land Rover Security Gestapo?
Good luck with that br.
I doubt that there will be anyone in the office as they will all be out around the world on endless junkets trying to protect a mockup that looks like a lots of pencil lines & whorls so far.
A tad intangible wouldn't you say?
I never posted it as a joke , I was actually commenting on the amount of effort you have put in. I know people who are paid to do jobs that don't put in that sort of effort , so you can read into the being paid part however you see fit.
You seem to have forgotten that this is a L/R Forum , not the land Rover obsessed fan club. Plenty of people come here to vent their frustration with the product , and ask for help when they have issue's , so their will always be people who don't praise the brand or put it on the pedestal that you seem to do. Not everyone who visits and posts on this site has green oval blood running thru their veins. Might be helpful if you started to accept that fact instead of taking offence to everything that doesn't put the brand, or the unreleased prentender above everything else. You may get a few less comments about being passive / aggressive.
People such as myself use them for what they are , a tool to get from A-B and most places in between.
If you have taken offence to what I post , hit the report button , you know where it is. Incisor dont let the mods get any special treatment ,so if I have broken the rules I will cop the same punishment as anyone else on the forum
Cheers Ean
Take it or leave it, its not the first time I've asked people politly to not say I or others are paid by JLR to post up news and as i said before, that post wasn't just directed at you.
This is a LR forum, if anyone can't comprehend there are fans of LR that are excited about the new defender (and no I dont like p38s but respect others that do), I suggest this is not the place for you.
Play nice or don't play at all.
If you want to thank those that put in effort, thank them without the rubbish, its not funny or flattering. Its just rude. Cheers.
And don't worry I don't use the report button to report mods, but i trust that won't be needed after this.[emoji1417]
Post from another forum, notice the sticker is the same from the other strange spyshot the other day.
So they seem to be Bosch test vehicles? Are they Bosch testing their systems on LR pilots to ensure they work and are reliable?
If so are they new to market?https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...0356df13db.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...6c15833f9d.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...aa17d317e0.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...d7d9df4f6c.jpg
Not another stupid camera,
Ha Ha a gesture recognition camera, FFS, so the car can recognise a Nissan driver flipping you the bird !
enough driving aids already . What a ****ing joke this car is going to be so loaded full of crap it will be heavier than a D3 - D4 .
If they want to test something Bosch how about testing one of these,

Im guessing this is what's behind windscreen 1 or 2 cameras looking forward for lane/object detection, maybe 1 is radar.
