My 1995 130 had a factory ordered bar that was definitely TJM non-winch flavoured? No markings on it at all.
There are photos on AULRO of it BR when I built scrub rails and sliders for it...

Another thing to note on the new defender bar, is that in certain markets aggressive bullbars/winchbars they are not allowed, so im guessing this design suits all markets legally.

That'd be a Bits-a-missin in the camo IMHO. Very clear design language matching the newly released versions.
