Update here, received a few quotes, it seems all the rrps previously supplied (attached) were inclusive of GST, LCT etc.
On the quotes the defender X before optional extras was approx 100k (before the LCT, GST etc)

Also heard from JLRA that defender commercial in AU is TBA as is the 90

ACTUAL documents just sent to me from my dealer...

    2910-JLR Pricing-Defender-MY20_A4 v02.pdf20MY_Defender 110_Spec Guide_141019.pdf

Hope that attach worked. The Spec has been seen before but this is the first I've seen pricing from JLR .. He does not say in the email but they must be drive away prices.

    pricing

I think it is going to out of reach of most especially the petrol versions.

Yes but remember all the 200 series, saharas, patrols, prados, modded 79 series, RRS, D5's, RRVogues, velars, evoques, SRT jeeps, rams, amaroks you see that people spend that kinda money on, they seem to be inreach of plenty.

Plus people may see more value in this new defender over many of those options due to what it has and what it can do even in standard base form.

Remember 90 will be 10k cheaper

I estimate commercial TBA in AU will be maybe 10k cheaper again.

Well this pricing has confirmed two things.

    1. I'll never own a new Defender.
    2. Land Rover doesn't give a flying **** about people like me as potential customers.

    ******.
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

Why would they? Its cost will be atmospheric compared to other commercial vehicles available on the market.
