Took me 10+ years to reduce Mrs Tombies “must take” list down from a Prime mover and trailer down to the rear of the vehicle!

We can now go 4 weeks living out the back without a problem.

Same; take less, pack better. The improved departure angle will be great (compared to D4).

I'm still waiting to find out if I can get 12 bags of goat poo in the back of a new 110.

What size bags? The New Defender

I’ve had 15 x 20kg bags of concrete in the D4 with room to spare (stacked 3x5 across the back edge of the load space so everything in front of it was empty.

    Come on Mike
I jammed 20 bags of ceeement into the wifeys Xtrail
Of course the rear springs didn’t love the 400kg and they may have taken a slightly lower set from that day onwards - oops!!!

Reminds me of the Cortina I saw one Saturday morning forty years ago stopped by the side of Punt Rd in Melbourne, just north of the railway bridge. There used to be a bad bupm there heading south. He had a roofrack with five bags of cement on it. His roof was about a foot lower than normal!
