    First off road trip

Spent a few days in the Vic high country for my car's first off road outing.
What an amazing vehicle to drive. Did lots of rough, steep and gnarly tracks.
Quite dry due to no recent rain but I don't go looking for mud anyway.
Did it all in high range and just ambling up the steep stuff.
HDC is another step above the D4. You can leave it on and it only works below 20km/h not as soon as you lift your foot at any speed. It's extremely effective and surefooted.
Fuel consumption around 18L/100km for the trip, all very slow driving.
Tried a couple of the modes like rock crawl and wading just to try them.
    Can't wait to do more.

I did some Vic High Country in mine and loved it. I have never used HDC and liked it. I found that I could feel the wheels locking before the display showed it. From memory you can set the speed also..

The other thing we need as well as a camping mode to stop the pivi waking up all the time is a 'custom' setting for tyre pressures.
We have cars built for offroading with reduced tyre pressures but only standard and high load tyre pressures settings.
I ran 25psi all round and every start got the nag screen about low tyre pressures and an amber warning light always on the dash.

Agree. Is this adjustable via a GAPiid tool? I.e turning off the low pressure warning when in an off road mode?
