The Army Series 3 2.6 litre side/overhead motor was not a loved motor in service, heavy, lacking power, slow and thirsty definitely not as good as the 4 cylinder 2.25 it replaced, and the plastic dash/instrument panel did not stand up to corrugations well.

I bought one off redrocket about 12 months ago, LWB GS was $1050 delivered.

They are very very good, and attention to military detail is spot on as he made them for the army.

    regards
    Scott
