    Looking at that pic I don't think it is a ARN. More like a lot number

    On further inspection it is a series IIa and the ARN's were 111, 112, etc not 169

    That is to new to have a ARN,the pic is dated 26/11/63 and if I am not mistaken it is parked outside PMC at Enfield, as I worked there, it looks like what would now be called a carryall,hard top tropical roof windowed rear body the date could also be it might be destined to the Sally's as they had a couple.other uses were Postal, Paymasters,Senior Officers Kit & Files
