If your going to be punting the trailer over gutters and/or around a paddock, or uneven ground, a standard 50mm, ball coupling only has around12° - 15°

Correct Procedure to Fit Exhaust Manifold/Turbo Studs?

, I have always made sure the head threads are clean, then screwed them in by hand, the torque will be shared between the stud and nut threads.
