You seem to have the hitch receiver and 12pin socket fitted. (a 7 pin flat trailer plug fits directly to the 12pin vehicle mounted socket no prob).

It should really go straight when driving on the crown, it would pay to check upper and lower ball joints, along with Toe, unless the lift you have is
