    No more lithium goodness……

The defer drove out the gate with new owners.

Looking back, soooo glad we upgraded to lithium before our trip…..certainly set and forget. Was thinking 200ah was going to be a bit short on capacity…..nah, easily covered our needs for 2.5 years.

If we had of stayed with AGM’s we would have struggled with capacity especially when cooking with induction, would have had to carry extra solar and recon i would have been watching capacity every other day. Plus we saved a ton of weight as we were weighing in at 3100kg

Went away for the cup weekend and the week before i swapped out the 2x 100ah agms for 2 x 100ah litiums which effectively doubles our capacity, just running lights and using the 900w 240V kettle we never saw them drop below 100% and even with a full cloudy day with no solar input they never dropped below 94%.
