			Dedicated LPG?

Hi, has anyone done a dedicated LPG conversion to a Discovery 2? If so, how much did it cost and how successful was the conversion? Thanks.

I really wouldn't recommend it. To get enough gas range you would need tanks both inside and underneath. The best working system is a gas vapour sequential system which is slaved to your petrol injection. Advances in gas system tuning make dual fuel an excellent choice.

If you really want straight gas you could do it with a mixer system, a bomb-proof air cleaner and dual rear mounted tanks. Ideally you would also build a higher compression engine to increase the efficiency. Range will always be the hindrance with just 70 litres of LPG underneath.
