    Left bank too lean

    Hi

My dashcommand software keeps bringing up this code. Since I am due for an LPG service soon, I was wondering if I should be concerned about this message.

IS there something which needs adjustment or should i ask the service guy about it?

P38 4.6 HSE with LandiRenzo Omegas injection fitted.

    Thanks
    Steve

Could it be that lpg is leaner than petrol and so throws a code??

    Cheers

    Hi

Googling the issue seems to point to Air leaks in the inlet system or a dirty MAF.

I am going to double check all my hoses and clean my MAF to see if it makes any difference

    Regards

Your LPG software should have the facility to have the fuel trim varied between the two banks if needed. Injection maps need occasional tickling as converter pressures drift. If they go out of range of the petrol system's error range you will get a code. Tune up time.

    Hi

Thanks for that, my LPG service is due in about 1000K so I am planning to clean the MAF, check and possibly replace the plugs, then send it off to an LPG service centre for tuneup and service.

    Regards
    Steve
