A properly set up gas injection system should just change back to petrol if there's a pressure drop. You need someone to look at your (unnamed) brand of kit and check the software.
As for the other stuff, there are no gas components inside the car therefore you have a hole in your floor somewhere near the tanks or filler. Your tanks have overfilled and the relief valves are blowing off the excess. At this point your tanks are at around 350 psi and need to be a lot cooler before the electric solenoids can reliably open against this pressure and allow normal gas flow to the engine.
As per the phone call yesterday you need a higer flowing filler valve (*) and new 10mm filler plumbing so that automatic fill level float valves (AFLs) function correctly. Until then make sure you never fill more than 70 litres from empty.
