Firstly, where are you located - we might know to where to point you?
Re apparent flooding, what happens if you switch the Petrol/LPG switch to the central "Off" position then crank the engine. Doing this should turn off the LPG and the petrol and allow the cylinbders tro quickly clear of excess fuel.
I had a similar problem for nearly 3 years until we found that the LPG installer had incorrectly wired the LPG/Petrol switch electronic control unit. Instead of the LPG being turned off after a 5 second prime, it was on whenever the changeover switch was in the LPG position. As a result the engine was being flooded with LPG.
Actually, it was Arthur Knights, an LPG specialist from Brisbane, that found it after I mentioned the smell of LPG.
Since fixing the wiring, the car now starts on LPG when cold - something that it would almost never previously do.
