    It wont blow up.
    Unless
    1/. You stick some gelignite to it.
    2/ You torch it to the point the relief valve cannot cope & the pressure builds up to the point it ruptures and the escaping gas ignites- OK it blows up. but not easy to do.

    A couple of corrections on some posts.
    LPG is not toxic.
    All rural deliveries in W.A are pure propane so it would ( if filled there) be OK for a BBQ.
    The jury would be undecided on burning it being better for the environment.
