BLUE MOUNTAINS NATIONAL PARK

A Park Fire Ban is in force for Blue Mountains National Park

Blue Mountains National Park OPEN
Walking tracks, trails and lookouts in Blue Mountains National Park are OPEN.
Including:
§ Grand Canyon walking track and canyon, Juggler Canon in the Blackheath precinct
§ Govetts Leap Lookout and cliff top track to Evans Lookout in the Blackheath precinct
§ Cliff top track to Pulpit Rock in the Blackheath precinct
§ Perrys Lookdown and walking track to Acacia Flat
§ Acacia Flat (and access routes – Lockleys Pylon, Rodriguez Pass, and access routes via Junction Rock)
§ Mt Hay Road (including associated walking tracks and canyons)
§ Carmarthen system (including Claustral Canyon)
§ North Bowens Creek Canyon
Fire affected areas in Upper Grose remain closed until they can be properly assessed and made safe, including:
§ Pierces Pass picnic area and Hungerford’s Track
§ Mt Banks
§ Victoria Falls
§ Ridgewell Road and Hanging Rock
§ Burra Korrain and Blue Gum to Victoria Falls walking track
§ Dalpura, Birrabang,,Yileen and other canyons south of the Bell Line of Road between Bell and Mt Banks
Fire affected areas, and canyons in fire affected areas, north of Bells Line of Road and Mt Wilson remain closed, including
§ Du Faur, Bell Creek Canyons
§ Wollangambe Canyons
§ Serendipity Canyon
§ All canyons north of the Wollangambe River to and including Bungleboori Creek (Hole in the Wall Canyon and Bungleboori Creek canyons)
§ Burralow Picnic and Camping Area
CLOSED - ALL Areas away from tracks and trails until recent rains can be assessed early next week
Tuesday 12th November - Glenbrook Causeway CLOSED
Access to the Glenbrook precinct of Blue Mountains National Park is closed due to flooding of the causeway.

WOLLEMI NATIONAL PARK

A Park Fire Ban is in force for Wollemi National Park
Wollemi National Park is OPEN
Including:
§ Dunns Swamp Picnic and Camping Area
§ Little Capertee camping area at Newnes.
§ Coorongooba Camping Area
§ All Wolgan Valley/Newnes Canyons
§ Newnes Plateau Canyons NOT fire affected
§ Deep Pass
§ Wheeny Creek Picnic and Camping Area
Fire affected areas in Wollemi National Park remain CLOSED (including T3 walking trail) until they can be properly assessed and made safe.
CLOSED - ALL Areas away from tracks and trails until recent rains can be assessed early next week
