    LR 60th Cooma - LROCS volunteers/tasks

    Hi guys

    The LR60th at Cooma is getting close and I am wondering what responsibilities we as the LROCS will have during the event?

    Do we need to volunteer for things?

    Are there any resources that we can loan to the Club during the event or we need to transport down and back etc?

    I gather that I will have to transport the BBQ given that I am also borrowing it for the Friday evening.

    Anything else?

    probably a good idea to get in touch with Greg. i think i have adequately indicated to him that i will be available during most of the weekend. i will be helping Josh set up and run the motorkhana, and probably helping set up the tent and promo displays, and probably the cars for the parade.
    i have sent a list of members, including yourself, to inc so you can access the rest of the forum.

    Will take your advice and get in touch with Greg.

    Inc must have been up pretty early fixing things as I was able to access the members only areas without problems as soon as I realised it was opened.

    motorkhana,
    grand parade
    vehicle judging

    club members wanting to assist prior to and/or during the event are most welcome to contact myself or greg

    you got in because there was a glitch on the system.
    i check the financial status against the database and let inc know, he then flags your username to allow you access........easy!
