i hope that clears it up for you.

it's a little wierd, you can't see it if you are not a member of AULRO. but if you are a member of aulro, but not of the lroc, you can see it.
i set up an I.D for my missus as a non member of the lroc from one of the other computers at home so i can check the status of our invisibility. because if i look on here when i am not signed in to aulro, as you said, it's not visible, but if i sign in on the missus's 'putey, i can see this and i think the upcoming trips forum is duplicated for the general population to see, but i'll have to check when i get home.

would it not be of benefit for non aulro members (guests) to be able to see the club online though? just the bit you dont have to be a member for!

well yes and no.
we know aulro are landrover enthusiasts and therefore our target audience.
best not make it completely public as the wrong thing can get on there before moderation and cause all sorts of problems.
