Thread: Thinking of selling my Series 2A

Hi,

I'm not sure if anyone can help me, but I am thinking of selling my Series 2A. It is a 1967 long wheel base (I'm female and am not very technical!) and I believe it is ex-army. (It has green paint underneath the white coat on top and has black out lights).

It hasn't been driven for over a year, but was running fine prior to that, though is not registered. I tried to start it a few months ago and it almost went but I think it may need a new battery.

It has a bed and cupboards in the back but I think I may have the seats still if it might sell better in a more original condition.

To get to the point, I was wondering if anyone may be able to suggest somewhere I can advertise to sell it and what price I may be able to get for it. I noticed a few on Ebay for between $1000 and $2000 but am not sure.

It apears to ba a Series 2a 109 GS Military although having a hard top could make it a topographical survey. Definately ex-Army and still has it's gardening tool brackets and brush guard. The images appear to have a little rust developing on the firewall below the drivers vent, the usual place.
