    Draft Minutes of AGM

You know, I don't want to be a pedantic but they are not actually "Minutes" of the meeting until they have been published in the LROC News and voted as a true and accurate record at the next AGM. Up until that point in time they are subject to amendment.

Now that really was pedantic wasn't it? However, it irks me that things like this are appearing in public internet forums before they appear in the appropriate places for members to view.

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

I actually believe these are not the minutes anyway - just a listing of the new committee; which is also available here:

I have extracted only the club committee/officers info from the Minutes.

We chose to publish the committee list (not the minutes, we have not even seen them) on the public part of the LROC forum as these are the elected representatives of the club and if anyone on this whole forum wishes to make contact for whatever reason, they can do so easily via the forum.
Of course, official club correspondance should always be directed through the secretary either by way of a cc or via her email address first. Any contact on this forum that is of consequence to the club should be copied to Harrier or done through emails (preferably).

Just trying to make the club more accessable.
