    6x6 tipper?

do the 6x6 come in tippers or has anyone got any knowledge of whether they are suitable to being converted?

live on a mountain and it's generally uphill or downhill or its flat (i think you know what i mean). think these have 2t payload and i would probably not need to put it on the road. but the payload and ability to get up and down the mountain have led to this question.

    thanks,
    brett.

    Gday Brett
Perentie 6x6 never made as a tipper. And decent ag fab shop ought to be able to knock up a tipper that doesn't use up too much of the gvm.
Great choice for a farm vehicle.
    Cheers, BDave.

not from OEM, easily doable, essentily you just drop an ally 8x5 tipper trailer onto the rear frame work.

the 6x6 in melb auction are around $10k at the moment plus say 16% costs they end up say $12k. (sydney had quite a few which were even cheaper at this stage of the auction)

found some previous sale prices of 6x6 and they were around 20-25k (not sure if need to add another 16 odd %).

do they end up just spiking in price at the end of the auction or maybe they're going a bit cheaper now? $10-12k i can manage, $25k is a different matter. oh, and have you got next weeks tatts numbers too?

assuming it all works, that's a lot of vehicle for the money.
