G 'day Paul.
unfortunately I can't offer a drive as I am without a Perentie for the moment.
There are a few members here with them though.
What part of brissy are you in? N S E W?
Hi All,
I have been itching to get a defender for ages, in particular a Perentie. Ideally I would really like to get up close to one and go for a very short drive even just as a passenger before I drop money into buying one. By chance is there anyone in or near Brisbane that would be ok to take a stranger for a short spin around the block? If it has a turbo fitted that would be even better as I plan to add one when I buy.
Many thanks
Paul

Hey BD
I'm on the northside but happy to travel anywhere even if it is an hour outside of Brisbane for an opportunity. I'm not in any rush either so I can wait until it is convenient for someone
I'm sure someone around you has one that needs to go for a quick spin.
When I asked the same question of Melbournians I got several offers. Worst case if you're not in any rush (but it's a long way off) make the trip down to Corowa next year as there are heaps there, and friendly and willing owners that would offer you a drive.
