    Rotating pintle spare parts?

    Hi All,
I have an old rotating pintle I am restoring. I need a new pin for the locking lever. You can see in the photos where I have been trying to drift it through.

Anyone know where I can get one from? would also like to replace the retaining split pins on the chain

These people should be able to help you
    Pintles - Dixon-Bate
I'm sure that is the company that I purchased many small parts from about 8 years ago, but be prepared for the price very exxy, but if you want it to work, you have to be prepared to shell out the $$$'s, cheers Dennis

I bought a new pin for mine from John Richards surplus in the UK as well as a couple of other bits for the Pintle hook.

    Thanks,
I have emailed them and they have asked for some clarification as to exactly which parts I need.

    Hi Tomo,

Never had to buy that one when I was doing the Pintle hook so good luck. I think you will find that these are Australian Military part numbers so you may need to convert them.

Worst case you can send them the digram with the part you are after.
