Whether or not there will be a WA auction is another matter. :o

Mate, the experience of many is that you wouldn't buy one unless you or someone you trust looks at it very well - the photos don't always reveal the true condition.

Can't afford one at the moment but if they're having one in WA gonna take an early finish and go have a peak especially as it is in Welshpool which is just down the road from us.
