    Model Land Rovers

    Well thanks for starting this section Inc.

    I normally tinker with WW2 aviation, but I'll kick off with a picture of a model Series 3 I knocked up a couple of years back.

    Looks good Sleepy, I am also a bit of a model collector. Here is a picture of my LandRover collection, it is a couple of years old as I have more models now. I enclose this piccy to help start this Model Section off!! Other shelves on the bookcase have other models.

    What a fantastic idea for an additional section to the Forum. Well done Inc for establishing it. Looking forward to seeing a few Aulroian miniature efforts.

    I don't have any Land Rover models ... yet. Mrs hh has me really interested in a Puma D90 model though!

    I do have a couple of "special" things though waiting for my retirement so I have time to assemble them - a 1:9 model of my Cagiva 750 Elefant and a 1:12 pewter model of a Britten V1000.

    Has anybody come across a Defender 130 model of the diecast / matchbox variety as opposed to the polystyrene glue-it-together model ?

    My nephew has a thing for the 130's and I have a warped sense of humour
