I see that in the best of the original 80" tradition you're going to use a readily available surplus supply of alloy & recycle it to produce Pepsibright panels. If you cut it just right you might even have the correct curve for the front guards.

Thought it might be of help for your dimensions - you can scale it to suit?

I built one and looked fairly well preportioned.

Thanks for sending me the plans. I think I will be raiding the scrap bin at work next week for my panels.

I have made some progress on my build.

Started with the flat layout



Then folded the sides



Bogged up the gaps





Moved on to the windows





And this is where is it at now



And I also got this in the mail today

Looking good!!

I love those little winches!

A little bit more done today. Took it for a spin around the backyard.

Rear rollcage and painting is next.

CR-01's Rock. I have a Proline 'Fender body on mine. One of my favorite RC car's ( I have 16 all up.....)
