Just have to convince her ladyship,,, I'm sure she'd love to sit on a big vibrating bike

They'd have to be considered the Defender of motorcycles.
Yep, I looked at one about 5 years ago, it was about six years old, and pretty much still the same "as new" price

About 12 months ago HD Australia dropped the prices of its range.

A guy on the AU HD forum was selling a 5yr old FatBoy for more than a new one... And he nearly got it!
All it had was pipes and a few extras...

A CVO Fatboy second hand will command more than a new regular version - regular second hand, average k's go for 4-5 under new price so yeah they hold value. Any Fatty selling 2nd hand for more than new is a CVO, and it's more than just a different set of pipes.

When it comes to topics like this, each to their own I say, along with if you ain't got nothin' nice to say don't say nothin'....still, I wonder if the knockers have actually ever riden a 103 cubic inch Harley? Once you do, everything becomes clear.

It's pretty easy to be nice about someone's new bike and I do wonder what one offers a discussion when one is not? Why not shut up?

So, regarding Ian's choice.....it's a fantastic new Wing Ian, and I look forward to us doing some fun rides together real soon.

PS - The Volumetric Genius reference is comin mate.....it's just a bit like the initial wait for your photos....
